About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Product to play a pivotal role in the remote automation of IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of software engineers and technical professionals, as well as partnering with leadership to establish development priorities that align with business objectives. This role requires a strong background in software development, architecture, and technical problem-solving, with the ability to guide projects from early planning to delivery. The VP of Product will also be instrumental in identifying opportunities for product and process improvement, and in anticipating and addressing organizational and technical challenges. Applicants for the VP of Product position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and have a significant amount of professional software development experience. Previous experience in managing and developing engineering teams is essential, as is a proven track record of taking software initiatives from planning through implementation. The role demands a leader with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical functions, and who possesses strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making decisions in a dynamic, growing organization and will be adept at recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineering talent to enhance team capabilities.
