Pay $48.00–$56.50 per hour Benefits Choice of PPO or HSA medical plans with free telehealth Paid time off Up to $1,000 in free healthcare services with Amedisys HSA plan Up to $500 in wellness rewards - use for spa, gym, sports, hobbies, pets and more Mental health support with up to five free counseling sessions through the Employee Assistance program 401(k) with a company match Family support including infertility treatment coverage, adoption reimbursement, paid parental and family caregiver leave Fleet vehicle program (restrictions apply) and mileage reimbursement Benefit eligibility can vary by position and shift status Participation requires enrollment in an Amedisys medical plan Responsibilities Prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders in adults Provide aural rehabilitation for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing and provide augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for individuals with severe expressive and/or language comprehension disorders Other duties as assigned Qualifications Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology specific to the state in which the candidate is assigned Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) with completed graduate coursework and a clinical practicum at an accredited program Current CPR certification Preferred One (1+) year of experience in speech pathology If the SLP‑CCC certification has not been obtained, the candidate must be placed in the SLP Clinical Fellow (100910) job. Clinical Fellowship (CFY) is the transition between student and independent which involves an SLP supervisor, hour requirements, and mentoring Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
