Opportunity:
Physician – Internal Medicine – Gastroenterology

Job Details:

• Permanent, full-time gastroenterology position seeing approximately 12 patients per shift
• Board certification required in Internal Medicine – Gastroenterology
• Active Washington State medical license required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
• Perform upper GI endoscopy including with biopsy, foreign body removal, and fulguration of bleeding (cautery vs. laser)
• Perform diagnostic ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography)
• Esophageal manometry interpretation required
• Perform small bowel biopsies
• Perform lower GI endoscopy including sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy
• Colonoscopy with biopsy and excision of polyp required
• Position is based at a Level II trauma center facility
