We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Practice Manager - Dental to lead and oversee the daily operations of a private two practice group. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to ensure exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The Senior Practice Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing financial and administrative functions, and fostering a positive environment that promotes teamwork and high-quality service. The ideal candidate will possess extensive dental office experience, strong management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of a profitable dental practice.
This position reports directly to the owner and carries full P&L responsibility for both locations, including day-to-day operations, KPI tracking, schedule optimization, insurance and revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, and team leadership. The team works well together and has a Work Hard, Play Hard mentality. Compensation includes a base salary plus bonus, along with medical, 401K match, PTO, and paid holidays.
