Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the dental office calendar efficiently
• Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing and co-payments
• Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage patient communications
• Maintain and update accurate patient records using dental practice management software
• Coordinate treatment plans and present financial options to patients
• Manage patient flow and communicate effectively with clinical dental staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of dental front desk or dental administrative experience required
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy dental office environment
• Familiarity with dental terminology and treatment planning processes
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
