Office Manager
Status: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Location: Youth Homes Corporate Office - Missoula
Wage: $19 hour
This position is responsible for:
- Office Management and Reception Services
- Service Coordination for Youth Homes and Family Care clients
- HR Support and Assistance
- Administrative Support to the Leadership Staff and Board Committees
Education, and Licensing Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience working in office administration or management preferred.
- A valid Montana Driver’s License and insurable on company auto insurance policy.
Youth Homes provides a generous benefit package for full time staff:
- Annual Leave up to 80 hours per year
- Bonus Leave at the rate of 32 hours for each year of employment up to a maximum accrual rate of 112 hours per year.
- Exceptional Leave (illness or injury) up to 96 hours per year
- Health Insurance. Youth Homes pays 85% of employee's premium.
- Dental and Vision Insurance
- Long-term Disability and Life insurance. Youth Homes pays 100%
- 401(k) retirement account at open enrollment after 12 months. Youth Homes will match two to one up to 3% of the employee’s gross wages.
- Federal Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness.
