The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $19.89 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks. Location: 1632 W Central Rd. Arlington Heights, IL. Full Time: 40 hours/week Hours: Hours vary – Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm) General Summary: Provide skilled front office and clinical support to the physician practice and serve as a liaison between the physician and patient to coordinate care. When required, provides direct patient care by working collaboratively with the care team. Functions as a member of the patient’s ambulatory care team while delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring patient safety, privacy and loyalty. Provide healthcare services under the direction of the Practice Manager and/or designee, and physicians in the NCH Medical Group. What you will need: Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required. Certification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required Experience: Minimum 6 months experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
