Maintenance Manager Assistant

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Maintenance Manager Assistant! This position would have the opportunity to transition to Maintenance Manager as things progress. Responsibilities: * Preventative maintenance inspections * Stocking of spare parts * Hands on electrical, plumbing, and welding repairs * Safety Audits * Equipment refurbishment * Equipment repairs Training will entail: * Apprenticeship with existing Maintenance Manager Preferred Qualifications: * 2-5 years Electrical and Mechanical Experience * Experience in factory settings * Fork Lift Certified * Leadership Skills * Problem Solving Abilities * Knowledge of the Plastics Industry would be beneficial Hours, Benefits, and Compensation: * 7 AM to 5 PM * Additional hours when needed to fulfill responsibilities * Salary will be experience dependent * Starting Salary $40,000 to $50,000 annually with management opportunities * Paid Vacation * Paid Holidays * Eligible for Health Insurance Package * Pay Raise After Performance Review Company Description TPI was founded in 1949 as a plastic extrusion house.
