We are interviewing District Managers with Fast Casual background to oversee our Youngstown, Ohio area locations. If you are hungry for a career that is very fast –paced and “loaded with opportunity”, then talk with us.

We need veteran " Fast-Casual" District Managers or high performing experienced QSR District Managers to help us grow! We believe that “bland and flavorless” is just downright bad...when it come to food ...or your restaurant management career !

We Offer:

Competitive Salary ($85-100K base )

Do you have the courage and boldness to grow? Then we want to talk to you!· Must be tenured ... 3+ years minimum experience as Restaurant Area Manager or District Manager

· Must have experience overseeing a market of 5 or more units

· Must have a track record of people development

· Must have a track record of controlling profitable P&L’s

· Must be fluent in driving sales...

· Must be a strong organizer and executer...

· Must have strong training skills in all areas of operations

· Must have a “lightening-rod” personality

· Must be willing to throw away the clipboard...and get involved in the game!
