We’re looking for an experienced Senior Media Planner/Buyer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and performance. You’ll own the full media lifecycle across multiple accounts, from audience insights and integrated planning to direct buying, activation, optimization, and measurement. You’ll turn business challenges into smart media strategies, negotiate and execute buys, build and optimize campaigns hands-on in platforms like Google Ads and Meta, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations that move clients forward.

Our Paid Media team manages more than $80 million in annual media investment across traditional, digital, social and emerging media. But our approach is what sets us apart. Our strategists own their accounts end-to-end, with the autonomy to challenge the brief, uncover new opportunities, test ideas, and make decisions that improve results. What You'll Do

• Strategy & Planning: Develop audience-first, integrated media strategies and plans aligned with client objectives, budgets, research, and measurement goals across digital and traditional channels.
• Buying & Activation: Execute campaigns with direct buys or managed services; develop RFPs, evaluate proposals, negotiate rates, manage vendors, and oversee campaign launches.
• Optimization & Performance: Monitor delivery, pacing, audiences, creative, and KPIs. Identify issues proactively, make data-driven adjustments, and develop tests that improve results.
• Financial Management: Own campaign budgets, authorizations, insertion orders, invoice reconciliation, and delivery      discrepancies from planning through closeout.
• Reporting & Client Partnership: Lead reporting and analysis, explain what happened and why, and turn performance data into actionable recommendations for clients and future campaigns.
• Innovation & Improvement: Evaluate emerging platforms, media opportunities, AI, and automation. Challenge assumptions, test new approaches, and improve how we plan, execute, measure, and report on media.

• 7+ years of paid media experience with meaningful, hands-on ownership of planning, buying, optimization, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrated media plans across both digital and traditional channels.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and paid social platforms, plus experience managing additional paid media channels.
• Experience managing media vendors, budgets, campaign documentation, and financial reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• The judgment, initiative, and attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns independently and take responsibility for the quality of your work.

Preferred:

• Agency experience or comparable experience managing multiple clients  and campaigns.
• Familiarity with MRI-Simmons, GWI, Nielsen, GA4, Tableau, Strata, Prisma, or similar research, analytics, and media management tools.
• Experience with emerging media, structured testing, AI, or workflow automation.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
