Local Contract Clinic Radiology Technologist - $20 per hour

Position Clinical - Imaging Technician I – 3rd Shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 am–8:30 am) Location: Tampa, FL 33617 Start Date: 06/22/2026 Duration: 4 months (18 weeks) Employment Type: Local Contract Hours: 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts Responsibilities Prepare requisitions for the scanning process. Sort, pick up, and deliver requisitions to Imaging and Billing. Identify and resolve issues with requisitions, such as missing labels, staples, paper clips, rubber bands, tape, ripped pages, adhesives, or loose scripts. Complete written documentation that is clear, legible, and within the assigned time frame. Perform other duties as assigned. Adhere to client policies and procedures, including safety and compliance. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent – REQUIRED. Computer skills. Good organizational skills. Fine motor skills. Understanding of lab requisition types. Understanding of compliance regulations related to PHI. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change and pursue continuous improvement. Commitment to fulfilling internal and external customer requirements in routine responsibilities. Willingness to actively contribute to a team‑based working environment. Ability and willingness to support staffing needs on weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime. Time‑management and accuracy in performing tasks. Experience in a production environment preferred. Prefer familiarity with mainframe computer operating system. Candidate must have reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license. Must be available to work whenever scheduled and maintain punctuality. Excessive absenteeism or tardiness is not tolerated and may result in termination. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE, BOTH SPOKEN AND WRITTEN. Bilingual candidates strongly preferred; Spanish and English proficiency required. Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs; maneuver large carts or racks with documents.
