Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-time opportunity at The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Haverhill! As an LPN with our center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their overall well-being. Openings on 7a-3p and 11p-7a, and includes an every other weekend rotation. Hourly rate ranges between $38 and $43, depending on the shift. Overnights and weekends come with shift differentials. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant to ensure high-quality care Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident, maintain accurate resident care plans, and follow physician's orders Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes, review patient records daily, and visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs Administer medication according to procedure, maintain accurate and safe control of all drugs, and initiate emergency procedures as necessary Requirements Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program CPR certified Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in Massachusetts New graduates welcome!
