Senior Marketing Specialist

Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) – Full‑time, Salary $60,000–$70,000 per year – Location: Englewood, CO, 80112 (candidate must reside in Austin, TX or Denver, CO area). Reports to Field Marketing Director. Primary focus on developing and executing hyper‑local marketing plans to drive client acquisition and enhance brand presence at individual stores. Responsibilities Partner closely with Team Leaders and SCI media teams to develop a hyper‑local six‑month marketing plan for new Grand Opening stores and train staff on relationship building. Plan and execute “Focus Weeks” by coordinating B2B partnerships, schools, youth programs, and community organizations aligned with the Sport Clips mission. Coordinate marketing efforts for Watchlist and Transition stores once they are deemed “marketing ready” by Regional Directors and Coaches. Develop executable marketing plans that drive client count and enhance brand presence within the local community. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, trade show, and/or event marketing. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions, and collaborate as part of a team. Strong work ethic. Extensive travel required—up to 60%—within the local/regional area for events and partner meetings. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
