Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced permanent Coverage Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel and coverage advice to clients primarily in the property sector, working in a fast‑paced, challenging, and diverse environment where expertise in property law will be valued and utilized. Responsibilities Provide legal representation for clients in matters related to property law. Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations. Develop and implement strategies to manage and reduce legal risk. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to property law. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure delivery of high‑quality legal services. Conduct training sessions for clients and staff on relevant legal issues. Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’s client base. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on property law. Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction. In‑depth knowledge of property law and related legal principles. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
