Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Production Associate for a brick manufacturing plant. This is a hands-on role involving moving bricks, supporting production, and ensuring quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move and stack bricks on production lines

• Perform repetitive general labour tasks

• Assist with mixing materials and operating equipment

• Check product quality and report issues

• Clean and maintain work area and tools

• Follow safety rules at all times

Requirements:

• Experience in production or general labour (preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable with repetitive work and long standing hours

• Basic mechanical understanding

• Reliable and punctual

Pay & Shift:

• $22.50

• Day shift-Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rocky Ridge, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
