What You Will Do

* Initiate contact with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interests

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for further evaluation

* Follow up with leads to nurture interest and guide their hiring journey

* Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on meetings secured, interviews facilitated, and hires resulting from your outreach

Your Compensation Structure
