Responsibilities

* Facilitate appointments for candidates with our recruiters for in-depth discussions

* Maintain ongoing communication with leads to foster interest and guide their hiring journey

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Compensated through commissions based on scheduled meetings, completed interviews, and successful hires originating from your leads
