Your Responsibilities

* Reach out to potential candidates, introduce MLR opportunities, and assess their interest

* Arrange appointments for candidates with our recruiters for thorough screening

* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and facilitate their hiring journey

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads
