Your Responsibilities

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for more in-depth evaluations

* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and support throughout the hiring process

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on the meetings you set, interviews that occur, and hires resulting from your leads

Compensation Structure
