Job Details Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active bar admission in Illinois Experience handling employment law matters, including counseling employers on workplace issues and/or employment-related disputes Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, leave laws, and workplace policies) Experience drafting workplace policies, employment agreements, and separation agreements preferred Exposure to employment litigation processes, including administrative filings, discovery, or motion practice, is a plus Interested in hearing more?
