Senior Site Reliability Engineer - CLO

Salary: $152,500 - 205,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 3-6 years of professional software development experience with languages such as Golang, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Rust.
• We have hands-on experience building and running cloud-native applications on AWS or Google Cloud Platform, including Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
• We have experience engineering and operating production workflow orchestration systems, developer platforms, or autonomous agent solutions.
• We have experience integrating AI capabilities through APIs, SDKs, or workflow tooling while applying operational safeguards such as observability, access controls, auditability, evaluation, monitoring, and human approval where appropriate.
• We have a strong understanding of distributed systems, RESTful API design, SQL database design, schema modeling, and query optimization.
• We consistently write clean, maintainable, well-tested code that supports continuous delivery and operational excellence.
• We hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or bring equivalent practical experience.
• We communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across distributed engineering teams.
• We are self-motivated, growth-oriented, eager to learn new technologies, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-impact software.

• We build and operate scalable microservices, platform capabilities, and shared engineering libraries.
• We design, deploy, and maintain secure, reliable cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes-based services.
• We improve CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, and software delivery automation across engineering teams.
• We engineer and operate our autonomous coding-agent orchestration platform and AI-enabled developer tooling.
• We implement observability, monitoring, incident response, and operational best practices for production systems and AI services.
• We partner with Product and Engineering teams to design resilient architectures and strengthen platform reliability.
• We continuously improve security, access controls, auditability, and cost optimization across cloud infrastructure and AI-powered workflows.
• We troubleshoot production issues, document operational standards, and enhance the infrastructure and developer experience that help our teams move quickly with confidence.
