Requirement Law Degree: Must have a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing civil litigation law. Licensed to practice law in Ohio. Ability to handle courtroom appearances, including trials and other legal proceedings. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills.
