We are seeking a customer-focused and highly organized Sales Support Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients after the initial sales process. This role combines account management, project coordination, and customer support responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will partner closely with sales, operations, logistics, and product teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.
• Support the sales team by managing client relationships after new business has been secured.
• Coordinate customer inquiries and requests, directing issues to the appropriate internal departments and ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage client projects from concept through completion, including gathering requirements, defining objectives, and coordinating deliverables.
• Prepare and present project quotes, timelines, and status updates to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, operations, and product departments to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular customer check-in calls to provide updates on ongoing projects and identify additional business opportunities.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address potential issues that could impact deadlines or customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records within internal systems.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, sales support, project coordination, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
