Creative Production AssistantThe Creative Production Assistant supports day-to-day production with a focus on food styling, location management, and on-set logistics. If you're energized by smart strategy, great people, and real opportunities for growth, we'd love to meet you!Key ResponsibilitiesFood Styling & PrepAssist the Art Director & Creative Director with ingredient prep, plating, styling, and resets between takesHelp source, organize, and maintain ingredients, food props, serving pieces, and styling toolsHelp manage food storage, refrigeration, and general food safety on setKeep kitchen and prep areas clean, organized, and shoot-readyTrack styling details to maintain continuity across shotsLocation & Rental ManagementManage day-to-day logistics for rental and residential shoot locationsCoordinate crew access, keys, parking, arrival times, and house rulesKeep the location clean, organized, and camera-readyRestock kitchen, cleaning, and household supplies as neededAssist communications with property owners or managers regarding access, maintenance, and production needsSupport check-in and check-out and ensure the property is returned in excellent conditionOn-Set Production SupportAssist with setup, breakdown, moving equipment, and general production needsRun errands and pick up supplies, props, ingredients, or mealsHelp manage crew flow, parking, deliveries, and set accessMaintain organized common areas for crew meals, breaks, and equipmentTroubleshoot day-of needs and unexpected issues as they ariseAdministrative & LogisticsTrack production-related expenses and receiptsMaintain inventory of food styling supplies, props, and production materialsAssist with call sheets, schedules, sign-in sheets, and other production documentationHelp coordinate crew arrival and departure timesDocument shoot details and styling notes when neededRequirementsHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentWilling to take initiative and handle a wide range of tasksStrong communicator and problem-solverExperience with food styling, lo-fi photo/video production, hospitality, or location management (Hi-fi experience is a plus)Able to lift and move production supplies and equipment as neededReliable transportation to production locations across the Raleigh areaAbility to work 3-4 consecutive, 8-10 hour shoot days at a time.Has a creative background or passion to learn!Contract Details:Contract/Part-time: Monthly production support, 24-32 hours per monthLocation: Raleigh, NCCompetitive compensation aligned with experience and scope of work
