What You'll Do

As a CSR, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a seamless and positive experience:

• Customer Experience & Engagement Deliver a welcoming and professional experience in every interaction. Build strong relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business. Guide customers through their journeyfrom first visit to ongoing support.
• Sales Support & Business Growth Partner with the sales team to help drive revenue. Assist with follow-ups, outreach, and customer engagement. Support promotions, events, and in-store initiatives.
• Customer Accounts & Financing Help customers understand financing options and payment plans. Assist with credit applications and transactions. Provide solutions-oriented support for account questions.
• Operations & Administration Maintain accurate records and documentation. Use POS systems and tools efficiently. Support daily store operations and team collaboration.
