Insurance Agent

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Account Representative to join a growing in a fully remote role supporting clients throughout the Boston area. This position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with an active Life & Health Insurance License who excels at providing exceptional client service while identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships. You will inherit an established book of business to service, retain, and grow, while also developing new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting. Key Responsibilities: Manage and service an established book of Life & Health insurance clients. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing policy reviews. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase policy retention and account growth. Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting efforts. Educate clients on coverage options and recommend solutions that meet their evolving needs. Process policy changes, renewals, and client service requests accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company guidelines. Maintain detailed client records within the agency management system. Qualifications: Active Life & Health Insurance License required. 2+ years of insurance account management or client service experience. Experience servicing and growing an existing book of business. Proven ability to develop new client relationships and generate new policies. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Must reside in or near the Boston, MA area.
