Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns.
Present and explain various insurance policies and coverage options clearly.
Develop tailored insurance solutions that align with individual client requirements.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a diverse client base.
Provide exceptional post-sale support and policy management.
Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and product knowledge enhancement.
Requirements
Proven success in a sales or customer service role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
