You’ll use simple governance, transparent dashboards, and strong stakeholder leadership to keep work moving and deliver sustainable improvements.ResponsibilitiesHigh visibility, real impact: you’ll deliver outcomes leaders can see in weeks, not quarters.Variety with purpose: every 90-day cycle tackles a new business challenge—operations, finance, commercial, or enabling functions.A practical model that works clear measures, simple governance, and empowered teams—no heavy bureaucracy.Grow your influence: you’ll work across GeoZones and functions, building a strong network and sharpening executive communication.Lead cross-functional initiatives from kickoff through delivery, turning business opportunities into clear charters, focused plans, and measurable outcomes.Build and run a practical 30/60/90-day execution cadence with clear milestones, owners, and decision points.Coordinate stakeholders across functions and regions, keeping teams aligned, removing blockers, and driving momentum.Track delivery and business impact through simple dashboards and KPI reporting, partnering with Finance and functional leaders to validate results.Prepare concise sponsor updates, governance readouts, and decision-ready recommendations.Drive adoption and sustainment so changes are implemented effectively and benefits continue beyond the initial 90 days.Skills/Education Required Proven success leading fast-cycle delivery, turnaround initiatives, or transformation programs with clear KPI ownership.Strong stakeholder leadership and the ability to influence without authority across functions, regions, and seniority levels.Comfort with data, dashboards, and business cases, including tracking baselines, targets, and benefits realization.Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to simplify complexity and drive decisions.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or Lean certification is a plus.8+ years of project or program management experience delivering measurable results across multiple functions.This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 40%About UsWeatherford is a leading global energy services company.
