Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support
• Work with healthcare professionals to address the health needs of persons served
• Coordinate health and safety support communications and actions
• Manage medication ordering, monitoring, and administration according to policies
• Ensure timely progress reports to physicians and transcribe phone orders
• Complete required nursing documentation and maintain health records
• Supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses as needed
• Schedule and complete health-related appointments promptly
• Conduct training on health and safety topics for new and existing staff
