Project Manager - Precast Concrete (Germantown)

Location: Germantown, WI

Salary: $80,000–$130,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects from award through production and delivery
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers
• Coordinate with engineering, drafting, estimating, production, vendors, and consultants
• Manage project schedules, submittals, shop drawings, approvals, and delivery timelines
• Lead project kick-off and coordination meetings
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects moving on schedule
• Ensure clear communication and accountability across all project stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Project management experience within construction or construction-related manufacturing preferred
• Experience with precast concrete, structural steel, metal wall panels, building products, or similar industries is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Entry-level candidates with a relevant Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar degree are encouraged to apply
