Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Certified Diabetes Care Education Specialist (CDCES) in the Seattle area, based in White Center. The CDCES delivers comprehensive nutrition and diabetes education, integrates clinical care with self-management, and supports patients to achieve personalized goals.
