Line Cook

Responsibilities: Experience: Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a professional kitchen. Knowledge: Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment. Education: Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not mandatory. Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff. Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like lifting heavy items. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure quality and presentation standards are met. Time Management: Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Food Safety Certification: Possession of a food handler’s or similar certification is often required. Requirements: Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
