We are seeking an energetic, positive, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to support front desk duties and various departments at our Corporate Headquarters in Canonsburg, PA (SouthPointe). Compensation & Perks:

• Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00 / hour
• Schedule Options: Full-Time (8:00 AM 4:30 PM), Monday Friday
• Flexibility: Flexible start times available!

Note: The previous associate in this position has advanced to a full-time role supporting another corporate department.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

As the face and voice of our corporate headquarters, you will interact with associates across various departments and offices throughout the US and Canada. Daily tasks include:

• Answering a multi-line phone system and routing calls efficiently (Partial Day)
• Greeting and checking in corporate visitors (Partial Day)
• Directing incoming packages and mail deliveries (Partial Day)
• Projects and tasks for various corporate departments, giving you exposure and experience in multiple disciplines (Balance of day)

Candidate Requirements:

• Communication: Friendly, positive, and professional communication skills
• Technical Skills: Computer proficiency (MS Office / data entry)
• Experience: Previous clerical or office experience is preferred, but not required
• Attributes: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
