What You'll Earn Up to $44.00/hr based on experience Shift Options 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available your call The Full Package Direct hire permanent from day one, no temp period, no contracts 3 weeks of PTO right out of the gate Full benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k A stable, well-run shop that invests in its machinists Room to grow for those who want it What You'll Be Doing Setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills on a variety of parts and materials Editing and adjusting G&M codes at the controller Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and routings Performing tool changes and adjusting offsets to maintain tight tolerances Conducting in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools Troubleshooting machining issues and making adjustments independently Following all shop safety procedures and standard operating guidelines What We're Looking For Proven CNC machining experience in a production environment Experience operating both CNC lathes and mills Ability to read and work from detailed blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts Ability to work independently with minimal supervision CNC programming experience is a strong plus Great pay, three weeks PTO, and a permanent seat at a solid shop.
