Position 2 - US Tax Partner - part-time / home office (Texas - Texas - Dallas Forth-Worth Metroplex)

Responsibilities :

The firm seeks a high calibre individual who has operated at national CPA firm, possesses a broad and deep understanding of taxation with a focus on closely-held businesses; S-Corporations; Partnerships; LLCs; high net worth individuals and high level international tax issues. You will have deep experience reviewing and signing out complex federal and state tax returns as well as possessing a strong grasp of financial statements. Experience in representing clients at the IRS and state tax audits; appeals and dispute resolution, litigation support experience including assisting law firms on civil and criminal tax cases as well as experience in writing federal and state tax protests are all highly desirable.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be CPA or EA licensed, as well as possessing 8+ years’ experience within public accounting with the past few years operating in national CPA firm. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
