Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Ohio
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school or pediatric environment preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP/504 processes, documentation, and individualized interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop goal-oriented, personalized therapy plans
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to support academic and functional success
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide ongoing feedback to teachers, staff, and families
• Contribute to the development and review of IEPs, attend meetings, and maintain thorough documentation
• Provide consultative support, resources, and professional insights to staff and families as needed
• Engage creatively to help students achieve greater independence and participation within the school community
