Escrow Coordinator – The Title Center – Springfield, Illinois (In Office) $45,000-$50,000/year We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Escrow Coordinator to join our team in the Springfield branch. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate coordination, processing, and disbursement of escrow transactions. Why You'll Love This Role: Play a key role in managing escrow transactions from start to finish Work closely with Settlement Officers and internal teams on high-impact closings Gain exposure to both financial operations and real estate processes Join a collaborative team that values accuracy, accountability, and service Opportunity to build expertise in escrow compliance, reconciliation, and reporting What You'll Do: Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams Review escrow orders and ensure accuracy of transactions Initiate and process wire transfers and deposits Monitor disbursement timelines and manage escrow workflow Coordinate closely with Settlement Officers to support closings Handle customer inquiries and support reconciliation and reporting activities Process payments, invoices, and assist with billing follow-ups What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in real estate closings, loan processing, or accounting Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Solid understanding of financial processes, ledgers, and reconciliation Strong communication skills and customer service mindset Proficiency with business systems; SoftPro experience is a plus Ability to identify risk and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information Benefits Overview: Medical Insurance – Includes a free plan option, plus additional choices for employees and their families.
