RN or LPN - SNF

Seymour, WI (15–20 minutes from Green Bay and Appleton)

Current Openings & Pay Range

DAY SHIFT (6:00AM - 2:00PM)

• RN OPENING : 64 hours per 2-week pay period (includes every other weekend and holiday)
  • Pay: $40.00 – $41.75 per hour based on experience

PM SHIFT (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

• RN OPENING :64 hours per 2-week pay period (includes every other weekend and holiday)
  • Pay: $42.00 – $43.75 per hour based on experience (Including $2.00 PM Shift Differential)

• RN/LPN OPENING : 32 hours per 2-week pay period (includes every other weekend and holiday)
  • Pay:
    • LPN: $31.50 - $33.00 per hour based on experience (Including $2.00 PM Shift Differential)
    • RN: $42.00 – $43.75 per hour based on experience (Including $2.00 PM Shift Differential)

NOC SHIFT (10:00PM - 6:00AM)

• RN/LPN OPENING : 48 hours per 2-week pay period (includes every other weekend and holiday)
  • Pay:
    • LPN: $33.50 - $35.00 per hour based on experience (Including $4.00 NOC Shift Differential)
    • RN: $42.00 – $43.75 per hour based on experience (Including $4.00 NOC Shift Differential)

Position Summary

The RN or LPN plans, coordinates, supervises, and implements nursing services for assigned residents as part of the interdisciplinary team. This role ensures high-quality care and supports residents' dignity, comfort, and well-being.
