Accounting Supervisor

Liberty Personnel is seeking an Accounting Manager for a growing company located in Rochester. This role will oversee accounting, payroll, and financial operations and combines hands‑on accounting with leadership responsibilities and requires strong organizational, analytical, and supervisory skills. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses. Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and accurate accounting records. Manage payroll, HR reporting, and compliance with state/federal regulations. Oversee cash flow, event settlements, and bank reconciliations. Support audits and implement recommended improvements. Qualifications B.S. in Accounting or Finance. 3–5 years of general accounting experience. Proficiency with accounting software, Excel, and payroll systems.
