A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support across a district setting near Jaffrey, NH. This contract position runs from August 26, 2026, through June 15, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.

In this role, your expertise in behavioral assessment and intervention will help drive positive student outcomes. The scope of your work will include developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, evidence-based behavioral plans, all tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. Through direct support and consultation, you’ll partner with educators and families, delivering insights and strategies to create an environment where every student can thrive. Your ability to foster collaboration with outside agencies further ensures holistic, community-based support for students and their families throughout the district.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• 3-5 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst, preferably supporting school-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and oversee behavioral assessments and data analysis
• Design and monitor behavioral intervention plans to address student needs
• Provide direct support, consultation, and training for staff and parents
• Maintain collaborative relationships with external agencies and service providers
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, ensuring integrated support for students
