Outpatient Advanced Primary Care | Stoughton, Wisconsin We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate at an employer-sponsored occupational health and primary care clinic in Stoughton, Wisconsin . In this role, you will offer occupational health screenings, treat workplace injuries and illnesses, perform fit-for-duty exams, conduct drug/urine screenings, handle workers' compensation, and provide primary care services, including managing chronic diseases and advocating for patient health and wellness.
