Business Analyst
Enterprise Business Solutions
We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the SDLC. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect resolution. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams. Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and requirements. Required Skills Business Analysis Requirements Gathering & Analysis Business Process Modeling Gap Analysis Workflow Documentation Stakeholder Management User Story Creation Change Management Technical Skills SQL (basic to intermediate) Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting) Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with requirement management tools such as Jira and Confluence Experience with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio Knowledge of SDLC and software implementation projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field. 3–8+ years of Business Analyst experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, CSPO, SAFe) Experience with data analysis and reporting tools Knowledge of healthcare, banking, insurance, retail, or pharmaceutical domains Experience with UAT coordination and testing #J-18808-Ljbffr
