A law firm seeks a highly qualified Associate for its Corporate Real Estate Practice in Chicago, IL. The role involves engaging in complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, and commercial leasing. This is an exciting opportunity for attorneys with substantial experience in commercial leasing or specialized areas like data center leasing. Duties Collaborate with attorneys locally and across the firm on real estate transactions. Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions. Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Participate in joint ventures and development projects. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law. Experience in commercial leasing or specialized leasing transactions preferred. Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in Illinois or eligible for admission. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in legal research and writing. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Comprehensive health and wellness programs. Resources for family building and caregiving.
