This correctional facility delivers clinic-based primary care services within a secure clinical environment. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary and chronic care needs of the patient population served.

Historical landmarks and museums are accessible across the state, complemented by outdoor recreation destinations such as the Pocono Mountains and the Lake Erie waterfront. Family-oriented destinations, cultural institutions, and seasonal events provide additional options for clinicians during time away from the facility.

Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services in a correctional facility setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary and chronic care conditions for the patient population served. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
