Molecular Lab Training Specialist

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Lab Trainer, Molecular I to lead training initiatives for new hires and existing staff in the molecular lab. You will develop and deliver in-person and virtual sessions, assess competencies, and document training records for regulatory compliance. The role requires collaboration with operations and training leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science, and experience in laboratory settings with HIPAA/GDP/GLP exposure.
