• 24-hour pager call coverage -- 7 am to 7 am shifts
• Average 3 patients per shift with rounding on assigned patients
• Average 4 phone consults, 3 patients seen, 1 admission per 24-hour call
• Inpatient hospital setting
• Required: C-sections, VBAC, breech delivery, and multiple births
• OB ultrasounds required -- Level I and Level II performance and interpretation
• Laparoscopic procedures required -- tubal ligation
• Leave coverage
