The Role: As a Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building and modernizing our web application projects, with a particular focus on creating dynamic, scalable, and responsive applications using React and micro-frontend architectures. You will help lead our web development strategy, advocating for best practices in frontend development, and ensuring our projects align with the latest industry standards and customer expectations. Required & Preferred Skills : Need 2+ years of React front end development - working on landing page. CMS experience is a plus. Cloud experience is not required, but a plus. Ideally some experience working with AEM (will be working with AEM developers on backend occasionally) Must be motivated and eager as will be given direction but work independently, small group. Responsibilities Scope and Impact: Lead the development and implementation of complex web applications, focusing on high-performance solutions using React and micro-frontend architectures. Evaluate and adopt new technologies and frameworks to improve the scope and quality of our web platforms and portfolios, ensuring they meet market demands and technological advancements. Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web application engineering with the overall business strategy, contributing to the roadmap and vision of our digital product portfolios and platforms. Advocate for the adoption of micro-frontend architectures to enhance modularity, scalability, and team autonomy in developing and managing sections of our web applications. Delivery Responsibilities: Ensure timely and effective delivery of web applications, from ideation through to deployment and maintenance, adhering to budget, scope, and quality standards.
