A premier Physical Therapy chain dedicated to patient-centered care is seeking a full-time, licensed Physical Therapist in Brooklyn, NY. We provide individualized care plans focused on orthopedic rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and chronic pain management within a collaborative outpatient setting. In this dynamic role, you will:

• Provide expert outpatient orthopedic care, including post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain management.
• Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to patient needs and outcomes.
• Manage multi-visit treatment plans with a strong focus on patient engagement and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, wellness professionals, and rehabilitation staff to support holistic patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with clinic standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional growth through mentorship, clinical specialization, and leadership development opportunities.

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

• Active New York Physical Therapist (PT) license or currently in the licensure process.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred; Master's degree accepted.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Hospital affiliations that support referral relationships are highly preferred.
• Board certifications, professional memberships, or published work are considered a plus.
• Familiarity with online scheduling platforms such as Zocdoc is advantageous.
• Bilingual abilities, particularly Arabic, are preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, with at least 2 Saturdays per month

Compensation:

• Full-time salary: $85K-$105K
