Field Assurance Complaints Lab Technician

Roles & Responsibilities

• Document complaint samples received in the lab for evaluation
• Support daily requests for sample return kits - domestic and international shipping, tracking, and communication with requestors
• Assemble sample return kits and coordinate warehouse pickups/drop-offs
• Track shipping inventory and order supplies through approved vendors
• Process image/video review requests via TrackWise queries and maintain the review tracker
• Maintain good documentation practices (GDP) when recording sample analysis results
• Escalate unexpected issues to Supervisor/Manager
• Maintain good laboratory practices (GLP) and a clean, biosafety-compliant work environment
• Support continuous improvement of lab processes

Experience Required

• 0- 5 years - previous warehouse experience and medical industry (GMP)/lab experience preferred

Skills & Certifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with basic problem-solving/troubleshooting ability
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of FedEx shipping systems preferred

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• USA applicants only
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Must have proof of Hep B series, be willing to undergo the series, or sign a waiver
• Familiarity with biosafety and clean room practices preferred
