Field Assurance Lab Technician — Complaint Handling

BD is seeking a Field Assurance Technician in Tempe, AZ to oversee daily operations in the Field Assurance Lab handling complaint samples and image reviews. The role requires coordinating shipping, receiving, and documentation while maintaining GDP/GLP standards in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have lab exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
